The Mind Museum is a project initiated by the Bonifacio Art Foundation Inc. (BAFI). BAFI is a non-stock, non-profit organization, supported by the contributions of property owners in Bonifacio Global City. The foundation was established in 1996 by the Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. (FBDC).

Joselito D. Campos, Jr.
Joselito D. Campos, Jr.

Mr. Joselito D. Campos, Jr. is Chair of the Foundation’s Board. He holds an MBA from Cornell University. He is Executive Director of Del Monte Pacific Ltd. Chairman and CEO of the NutriAsia Group of Companies, a major food conglomerate in the Philippines. He is also Chairman of Fort Bonifacio Development Corp and Vice Chairman of Ayala-Greenfield Development Corp, two major Philippine property developers. He was formerly Chairman and CEO of United Laboratories, Inc and its regional subsidiaries and affiliates. UniLab is the Philippines’ largest pharmaceutical company with substantial operations in the Asian region. Mr Campos is the Honourary Consul in the Philippines for the Republic of Seychelles. He is Chairman of the Metropolitan Museum of Manila and is a Trustee of the Asia Society in the Philippines, the Philippines-China Business Council, and the Philippine Business for Social Progress Foundation.

Fernando Zobel de Ayala

Fernando Zobel de Ayala is Vice-Chair. He has served as Director of Ayala Corporation since 1994. Prior to his appointment as President and COO of Ayala in 2006, he was Co-Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Member of the Nomination Committee and Management Committee, and Executive Managing Director of the company. He also holds the following positions: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), Manila Water Company, Inc., Ayala International Pte Ltd, AC International Finance Ltd.

Antonino T. Aquino
Antonino T. Aquino

Mr. Antonino T. Aquino is the President of the Foundation. He is the president of Ayala Land, Inc. He is also a Senior Managing Director of Ayala Corporation and a member of the corporation’s Management Committee. Prior to joining ALI he was president of Manila Water Corporation a position he occupied since 1999. He also serves as a member of the board of various corporate social responsibility foundations such as Ayala Foundation, Manila Water Foundation, Habitat for Humanities Philippines, Pasig River Rehabilitation Board, La Mesa Watershed Board, Ipo Watershed Board and the Makati Environment Foundation. Mr. Aquino is also the chairman of the Environment Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines. His other significant positions included: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cebu Holdings, Inc., Cebu Property Ventures & Dev’t. Corp., and Makati Development Corp., Member of the Board of Fort Bonifacio Development Corp. He completed the academic requirements for masteral degree in Business Management at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and completed his Bachelor of Science, major in Management degree at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Ms. Emily A. Abrera is the Chair Emeritus of McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific. She was McCann’s first Filipino president/CEO. She currently servers as chair of Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation and Children’s Hour. She is trustee of the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the Philippine Board on Books for Young People, the ABS-CBN Foundation and Phil. Eagle Foundation, and adviser of Museo Pambata. Importantly, she is also a member of The Mind Museum’s Exhibit Advisory Council where she has shared her strategic creative skills in our exhibit development. She is also a member of our Fundraising Steering Team and helped us connect and close donations of some our donors.

Carlos S. Rufino
Carlos S. Rufino

Mr. Carlos S. Rufino is on the board as the representative of the property owners within the Bonifacio Global City. Mr. Rufino is the president of The Net Group of Companies. Major projects include The Net Group office buildings – Net One Center, Net Square, Net Cube and ongoing projects Net Quad, Net Plaza, in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines. Mr. Rufino is also the president of Bonifacio West Deveolopment Corp. and a director of several other companies. Mr. Rufino also serves on the boards of Philippine Daily Inquirer, Sunvar Realty Development Corporation, Corinthian Plaza Condominium Corporation, VAR Buildings, Inc., Bonifacio Global City Estate Association, Inc., Bonifacio Arts Foundation, Inc., Makati Commercial Estate Association.

Mariano John L. Tan

Mr. Mariano John L. Tan has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation since April 2003. He also holds other significant positions like: Vice President & Executive Officer of United Laboratories, Inc.; Vice Chairman of Greenfield Development Corp; President of Dolmar Property Ventures, Inc., and President of Fides Foundation, Inc. He graduated with a degree in M.S. Management from the Hult International Business School (formerly A.D. Little School of Management), USA in 1986, and Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Lafayette College, USA in 1983.

Edgardo M. Cruz, Jr.
Edgardo M. Cruz, Jr.

Mr. Edgardo M. Cruz, Jr., has served as member of the Board of Directors of FBDC since 2006. His other significant positions include: member of the Board of Directors of Del Monte Pacific Ltd., Del Monte Philippines Inc., NutriAsia Inc., Southeast Asia Food Inc., UFC Philippines Inc. and Corporate Secretary of the NutriAsia group of companies. Formerly, Mr. Cruz was a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of United Laboratories Inc., and Greenfield Development Corporation. He graduated with degrees in BSC-Accounting and AB-Economics at De La Salle University in 1977. He became a CPA in the same year. He earned his Masters in Business Management at the Asian Institute of Management in 1981.

Aileen An. R. Zosa

Ms. Aileen An. R. Zosa represents the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). She is Vice-President for Business Development in BCDA where she has worked for more than 10 years.

Anna Ma. Margarita Bautista - Dy
Anna Ma. Margarita Bautista - Dy

Ms. Anna Ma. Margarita Bautista - Dy is the Vice-President for Corporate Planning of Ayala Land, Inc. and Executive Vice-President of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation. From the year 2001 to 2004, she was the Vice President for Finance at Benpres Holdings Inc. Ms. Bautista has a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (1991) and is also a Masters graduate of Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (1990).
